Day 11
K went to Target at 8am this morning when they opened to pick up a few things we needed. He says most things you need are picked out, and they are limiting items to one per customer so that people don't hoard. He wore disposable gloves and wiped down every item with wipes once he got home. We ordered as much as we could online for delivery, and a few items we'll pick up at the grab-and-go option tomorrow.
The farmers market is sadly not open, but vendors are offering pick up for pre-paid items. I ordered from three of our favorite vendors in order to support them (and because we'll need food). We've made it almost two weeks without going to the grocery store, which was our goal. We plan to have K go for groceries again on Monday morning. We'll pick up a few things for my former student and his wife, who are in their mid/late seventies.
It was a beautiful sunny day today, which really helped my mood. K took baby girl in the jogging stroller for a run, and after I was finished I took her for a run as well.
