Day 42-44
The rainy weather has been making things even more difficult. I didn't get outside at all today, but at least we got two walks yesterday. My car battery keeps dying -- not sure if it's from not driving or if it's something else. We are going to try to wait and get groceries until Friday (May).
I made pancakes on Sunday morning -- baby G was not impressed though, even with the added bananas. The rest of the day was alright with some nice walks and not much work to worry about.
I had a teacher work day on Monday, so we took it kind of easy. We were able to relax in the evening and watch a new cartoon called The Dragon Prince. It's by the makers of Avatar with some of the same voice actors, and it's pretty good.
I saw one of my favorite students at my Zoom lesson today for the first time in over 6 weeks. I was so happy to see her I almost teared up. She is a hardworking cello player, comes from a poor family, and is such a sweet and kind child. I miss her and all my students so much.
